Pricing, printer chips & what to watch

Our prices include GST. As we keep only marginal markup, for credit cards we charge 3%. There is no charge for our courier within Auckland when you buy a full set of inks or two toners. Please ask us about this.

Because of chips being put on most printers released after Jan 2014, and the chips being changed every few months without the knowledge of anybody, buying generic inks does not guarantee that they will always work.

For trouble free printing save some money and always buy genuine inks, unless you have the time, knowledge and patience to buy and try the generic inks. Also inks for newer printers are specific and using generic or refilled inks, there is a possibility your printer head may get clogged in the long run.

Older models should work ok if you have blocked automatic printer driver (firmware) updates.
